Here's an event for families with young budding scientists, and/or all children who like making a mess. Lori Guenthner, Youth Services Coordinator for the State Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, will lead this inclusive program --read on for specifics.

Use seemingly innocent ingredients to create a Non-Newtonian fluid, aka Oobleck! Join us as we happily make a mess! Offered in partnership with the Maryland State Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. No registration. Free! A Fizz Boom Read Summer Reading Program event for children and families. A STEM program.
Location: Rockville Memorial Library, 21 Maryland Ave., Rockville Town Square. Two hours of free parking in garages A and B on Maryland Ave.
