I will definitely take the braille writer and slates, and cover the cost of getting it fixed.  I have many consumers who could use a braille writer.  I have a better idea regarding picking it up.  Why don’t you come to our scholarship dinner and auction this Friday evening, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 9450 Cherry Hill Rd., in College Park? You have been there before, so you know the food (starts at 6:30) is delicious, and the auction is great fun! Event should be over by 9:00.  I cannot come to the resource fair on the 25th because I made another commitment.

I was just going to donate it to anyone who wanted it. Was just hoping that someone could cover the cost of getting it fixed.   I had an extra one that somehow got moved from Arkansas to Maryland.  I already have one from work.  I just wanted these items to go to a good home and to someone who needed it.

I was planning on coming to the PG County resource day and bring the items with me or coordinate a time with someone else.

I have a Perkin's Brailler and a number of slates (the yellow plastic ones) that I would like to donate.  Does anyone know of individuals who would want these?

The Perkin's definitely needs some minor repairs, but should be in good working condition.
