Ten boxes of See's candy bars are now in the house and labeled.  That's 60 cases of candy bars!  We will be bringing several of these boxes to the chapter meeting this Saturday in the White Oak Library.  Think about what you could realistically sell, and realize that we will probably be making these bars available at chapter meetings over the next few months.
Cases of peanut-brittle bars contain 36 bars which sell for $1.50 per bar. 
So each case you take on consignment is worth $54.
Dark chocolate almond bars come 24 to a case and sell for $2.00 a bar.  Thus each case is worth $48.
Milk chocolate bars also come 24 to a case and sell for $2.00 a bar.  Each case is worth $48.
We take down the names of each person who is taking candy on consignment, and they are responsible for turning in the money for their cases at the next reasonable opportunity to pay our treasurer.
Because See's raised their prices by 10% this year, we will need to decide whether to change to a different supplier for the next round of sales.  So this might be the last opportunity to buy See's candy from the Sligo Creek Chapter.
Let's go build the Federation!
