[Md-sligo] blind parents of young kids

We have some members whose kids have grown up.  They would have some information about how they have handled different situations.  There are several in the Baltimore area with young children, and the new president of the Carroll County chapter has a teenage son.  I can get you into contact with any of them if you want.

  Hello,

  It's been a while since my last visit. Some of you may remember me, my name is Tatyana. I have a son who's 2.5 years old. I stay at home blind mom and as all parents I want my child to be happy. I was looking for fellow parents locally in NW of DC,we are in Gaithersburg, I asked on blind parents mailing list  for folks who live in our area and no luck. May be some of you have young kids, or you know someone with kids who would want to extend a circle of friends. We might get together and play or do something together, or help each other with learning process, or just share information  on  local events and so on.
