[Md-sligo] Sad news

Cory,

Destiny retired due to Seizures in December of 2015. She is living with
Jim and Lydia Roth.

Chip, my male White Standard Poodle retired suddenly after he
progressively refused to work. He is a wonderful, loving and smart dog,
who just seems to want to be a dog rather than a guide dog. This is
heart-breaking to me. I love him. He was my constant companion that I
used to travel everywhere with despite his increasing reluctance. I am
at such a loss. The Guide Dog Foundation took him back yesterday. They
told me to wait until after the convention and let things settle down
before I consider applying for a new guide dog.
