Hi all,
Glad to say that I am here again for a brief while.  I arrived in New  York on Tuesday evening (June 14) to attend the ninth Session of the Conference of States Parties to the to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities which ended yesterday at the U.N. Headquarters.  I led my country's delegation.  I will be coming down to Maryland tomorrow.  I will be in the States for another three weeks.  I wish I could have joined you at the forthcoming National Convention, but I believe it is too late already.  In any case, I hope I will be able to meet with at least some of you before I return to Sierra Leone on July 9.

We are changing the time of Greg's dinner next Saturday.  It will be at 4:30 in the afternoon.  This is to enable him to attend the National Harbor meeting, because he is a member of that chapter, and I hope some of their chapter members will join him to celebrate.
