[Md-sligo] Book festival info and other details

Good Morning Everyone,

I wanted to express my Kudos to everyone that went on Saturday to the 
Book Festival and to update you on part of the reason why I could not 
attend as planned.

I had a migraine and was throwing up but part of that was due to an 
abcessed tooth that requiered an emergency root canal this past Tuesday. 
My tooth and jaw are still sore and I will not get the crown until after 
convention because the tooth has to heal.

But I should be fine enough for my June 18 MD DB meeting, since I do not 
eat anything hard on a pureed diet.
