Attached please find the Commission's updated Transportation Network Directory for People with Disabilities and Adults 50+

It is a comprehensive guide and could be used by anyone looking to get transportation from going to the airports, Ocean City, New York and beyond.

It also gives guidance for Veterans who have a 60% or greater disability for Metrobus and Metrorail.

All transportation providers were especially helpful in updating photos and information.  Special thanks to WMATA and the County's Transit Services.

Of significance is that if you are under age 65 and have a Medicare card due to disability and a valid photo ID, you can use this to get reduced fares.  Check out the reduced fare section under each public provider for more information.

Certified MetroAccess Users Ride Free on Fixed Routes
Certified MetroAccess users and their companions ride free on MetroBus, Metrorail, DC Circulator, Montgomery County Ride On, Fairfax Connector, Arlington County ART, Prince George's County TheBus, and the City of Fairfax CUE.  This is part of an effort to encourage certified MetroAccess users to use the fixed route system whenever they can.
