Terry,
Call MC311 and tell them that you need to figure out the district. They will ask for your address, and give you the district as well the closest polling place. For early voting it does not matter. When you go to the early voting center, they just ask for your state issued ID and they will give you the right one.

Do you know what district Germantown is?  I cannot find it on the letter, all mixed with the Spanish and being a scanned document.
