[Md-sligo] Chapter meeting and announcement

Before the chapter meeting, we have an activity on Thursday, December7. . We
need to go to Annapolis to bring our resolution to the Board of Elections.
We will be leaving from New Carrollton at 12:45 on Thursday and will getback
whenever we do.  Our return time may be more predictable than most of our
Annapolis trips. Please let me know if you can go.  For those who don't
remember, the Board of Elections says that each polling place needs only one
accessible machine, that it is fine for our ballots to look different from
other ballots, and that use of accessible voting equipment should be
discouraged. All this leads to a climate of poll workers not knowing how to
use the ballot marking tool that we use.

We will have a party on Saturday, December 9, at 2:00. We will be at the
home of Will and Patty Eitington, 5011 Rugby Avenue, Bethesda, 20814. Please
let me know what you want to bring.

If you have not paid dues, this is a good time to pay.  Our dues are $5.

If you would like some nuts, I think we still have a good supply of
everything but walnuts. Debbie
