Hi Shickeytha, yes, the New Carolton metro station is in the Metro Access service area.
You can use either the Paratransit service or the taxi service in your area ( either Regency taxi which isn’t very reliable lately or Silver taxi ) for the abilities ride service.

The train station is one large room, with rest rooms at the far end and chairs in the middle.  On the back wall from where you enter, is a food stand and where people buy their tickets for the train.  Take a seat, near the entrence and others will gather there.

    I think 4300 may be the direct address of the Amtrak station, but
    if you come in from the Route 50 entrance, you are there.

    If you are going on the bus, you should be at the New Carrollton
