[Md-sligo] Getting to the meeting early

If you get to the meeting early, find a seat downstairs and wait until about
1:20 to go up to the meeting room. We got an email-possibly everyone who
uses the room got the same one-about people wanting to get into the room
early. Beginning in October, we will try to start at 1:45, not 1:30.
