[Md-sligo] Survey Request

Hi Ms. Deborah,

The State of Maryland uses Google Suite as it's platform for productivity.
While GSuite is pretty accessible, it can pose a problem with JAWS. I know
that sometimes the problem isn't actually Google Forms, but rather Chrome,
and it's compatibility with JAWS.

I had the survey tested with our accessible technology trainer, using JAWS
2018 and Internet Explorer on Windows Seven. It seemed to work on our end.
Have you tried using the survey in Internet Explorer?
