[Md-sligo] Chapter meeting

Our own Shawn Jacobson won the DeafBlind Division Washington Seminar 
Backpack Raffle. Congrats Shawn!

Unfortunately, I have had a migraine for two days and will not be able 
to bring it to the chapter meeting but will mail it to you Shawn via 
USPS priority mail on Monday.
