Good Morning Ashley, welcome to the library. I too have been a long time user of the libraries services, and am a new Victor Reader Stream user. I am looking forward to downloading plenty of books onto my machine.
Sean, do you have a Stream that you can download your books onto?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

 

My name is Shawn Jacobson and I am a regular user of the library.  I have been reading talking books for over 50 years now (I remember when they were on these truly huge records that you played at 33 and a third.

 

And now my problem.  I ordered “Alien Morning by Rich Wilbur.  When I received the book and tried to read it, the machine said “Cartridge Error” and froze up.  The library sent me a different copy of the book and I got the same problem.

 

Is there a way to see if someone can track down what went wrong?  I do want to read the book, and would like a copy that works.
