Hi All, 
I am using internet explorer, Also I will try it again. 
I want for those who are home owners to check the website and provide examples to The state. If any of you who receive benefits from the state such as FS TDAP or MA it will be helpfulto try the website for the state DHR benefits. 
I hear the stories where the customer has disability and cannot go to the office. They would like to do their renewal at home but it has some challenges. 
I also know that when people go into the office they have other issues as not enough people to assist you. They have set up computers where people can complete the applications on line but how many of these or even one is accessible.

Hi Bobbie,

I did not put my street designation as the instructions indicated. However, I could not get it. I am thinking I will try it at a later point as the information seems  to be of some value.

Hello all,
I was able to access the information for state department of assessment & taxation website Apparently you don't have to put in the suffix on the street name field (such as Avenue, place or boulevard, etc.
Very informative web site.

The website is easy enough to navigate, I went to the link Real property 

Then I went to the search real property page. It has a few combo boxes, the first one is for the county and the second is search by, combo box and  then it has a continue button. 

I put in Montgomery  and then my street address and hit the continue button.

It did not work. 

I could not get info about my own property. 

The websites are fine when you want general info but when you try to get the real info, they do not work.

Another factor is that the website encourages people to upload their personal info on the page, however the workers are not very good in taking the info. Documents are lost or never get to the right worker.
