[Md-sligo] airport access

All,

 

There is no worry. The airport has assigned a dedicated site where Metro
Access vehicles can pick those who use it up. Terminal employees and
wheelchair handlers know where it is. 

 

Numerous times in the past four or  five years I have used Metro Access to
return home after a flight. In most situations, since we will be on the same
flight, we will all be there together. Just advise Metro Access when
booking the return, you will be at the baggage area. It is a shed like area
sitting one lane over from the sidewalk.

Hi All, 

[Yasmin Reyazuddin ] I send the following email to our metro access
specialist. 

I have found out that we could ask for our return trip back to pick up at
baggage claim area. 

We tell them to drop us off at the terminal of our airlines, and they will
do it. When we book our return trip we ask for the baggage claim area. 

I also want to remind all to check your state picture ID cards. It needs to
be current. 

 

Hi Queen, 

As you know many of us will be going to the National convention next month.
Some of us will be using the Metro access to get to the airport and to
return home. 

We also know that there will be construction at the National airport and
this will cause lot of concern for us. 

Has Metro access  a plan to have a single drop off location and single
pickup location for those who use metro access service.  

I would also like to know if the airport staff have or will be made aware of
such arrangements as they assist passengers.
