If many people are returning on the same flight and many are using metro access, we should get a metro access supervisor to assist.

It is the same as it has been for the past few years.  
Monday--arrival
Tuesday--seminar day
Wednesday--registration and resolutions; first day of exhibit hall Thursday--board meeting, second day of exhibit hall Friday--opening session Saturday--second day of session and last day of exhibit hall Sunday--last day of session and banquet

That outline of the schedule has been on the website since the convention dates were announced, and is every year.  That is where I look before I buy plane tickets or hotel rooms.
