WE are having the book festival. We are not going to melt like the witch of the west. 
As you remember, we will be under the tent and I we bring our raincoats it will be fine. 
I heard the weather report, Mike is going to stop the rain in the morning tomorrow.

Are we still on for the book festival tomorrow, given the terrible weather?
