The streets of Town Square will transform into an outdoor art gallery with the 7th annual Rockville Arts Festival. Formerly known as A-RTS at Rockville Town Square, this year’s festival is managed by VisArts, Montgomery County’s largest visual arts center. Nearly 150 artists will be represented at the festival alongside demonstrations of art, cooking and live entertainment on the Dawson’s Market Stage.
