Hi All,
On Saturday, you asked how to report issues with ride on bus drivers.
I found one knowledge based article, on driver behavior.
If the bus misses a stop, the driver did not stop at the bus stop, it is driver's fault.
Same could be said about the announcement not made on the bus. This is specific for silver spring construction zone.
It is not a disability issue, but human mistake.
Regarding trash and recycle bins,If you are having difficulty finding your bin because of whatever reason, report this to 311 as under exemption for people with disability provision. The exempt bins are of a different color and have the customer's address on it. The contractors will have to leave at its designated location.
