I just want to say that I have 100% faith in Debbie's judgment and ability
to make the decision that is best for everyone here.  The policy was
intended to give chapters and divisions a framework to safely do in-person
activities, not to take away their autonomy to do in-person activities.
Also, Debbie's judgment and concern for the wellbeing of the chapter are all
over this policy, as she was one of its chief architects.
