The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold an
online public meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.,
to hear from stakeholders and the public about challenges people with
vision disabilities (including all levels of vision loss) face when trying
to get around the County and access regional transit options. Discussion
will be aimed toward MCDOT efforts to create a new toolkit to help the
County design sidewalks, bus stops, and intersections to improve
accessibility for all.

develop solutions that are appropriate for implementation across the region.

Registration is required to ensure participants receive an invitation and
instructions to the internet-based Zoom meeting, including pertinent
