[MD-Sligo] Service Animal Protection Legislation

Hi everyone, 

House Delegate Nicole Williams is seeking testimony on HB 0234 which provides criminal penalties and fines for individuals who harm, injure, or involved in the murder of a service animal.  Similar legislation has been adopted in New Jersey and she is sponsoring the bill to enact protections for service animal users in the state.

She is seeking testimony by Friday January 22 as the legislation will be up for discussion next week.
