It was also nice to hear Lloyd sing, again!
Unless I missed it, there was no mention of Lloyd and Judy holding our
devotion services, at every convention, I attended!
Louis braille created braille and Lloyd created the NLS player and the
e-reader!
No one can replace such a dedicated person!

After Thoughts

Hi Everyone, first of all, I do apologize for this being off topic, but, I
wanted to share Terry P's and my after thoughts about Lloyd Rasmussens
memorial service and luncheon that followed.
In a few words we thought that the service was beautifully done. We all got
a few chuckles out of the one gentleman who described how if a reading or
listening device that Lloyd was testing out could be broken, he'd find a way
to break it, but, then would figure out a way to repair it and make it
harder for the library patrons to be able to break it after the library
patrons had it in their posession.
Judy had us all laughing with her rememberances of calling out "Hey!" when
she arrived home after work and heard Lloyds reply of "Straw" from the
basement.
The food from the Mission Bar Be Que was excellent, and, tied in with Lloyds
love of a good B B Q.
Those are our after thoughts.
