Good day fabulous community partners! We wanted to let you know that the
new federally-funded Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
is open to take customer applications in need of assistance with paying
their water/sewer bills. I’ve attached the OHEP flyer in English and
Spanish. WSSC Water has mailed out the attached postcard to a targeted list
of 18,000 of our customers, which I’ve attached as well.

*Social Media Information*: Also, here are some suggested social media
posts (English and Spanish) that you can use to promote LIHWAP (and an
attached graphic). We’ll be posting on our own social media channels as
well, which you can also retweet/repost.
