[MD-Sligo] Chapter meeting--in person

We will have a chapter meeting at the White Oak Library, 11701 New Hampshire
Avenue.  The meeting room is on the lower level.  We will start at 1:30.  

The NFB of Maryland guidelines require everyone at the meeting to wear a
mask.  If you feel ill or know or believe you have been exposed to anyone
with covid, please stay home.  I will be bringing hand sanitizer, soap, and
spare masks.  We will be meeting on 
Zoom in June so that everyone can meet.  

If you have not paid your dues, now is a good time.  

On Tuesday evening, May 10, from 7:00 to 8:30, the Senior Division will have
a conference call on advocating for our independence with family members.
It is on the NFB of Maryland conference line, which is 339-209-4083. 

We will be at the Gaithersburg Book Festival on Saturday, May 21.  We will
be handing out braille alphabet cards, playing braille games with children,
and helping them make tactile bookmarks.  Let me know if you would like to
help us work on that day.
