[MD-Sligo] Signing of guide dog bill

The guide dog bill will be signed by the governor on Monday, April 24.  We
would like some blind people to be there.  A van will be leaving from New
Carrollton at about 10:15.  We expect to be back no later than 4 pm.  If you
are able to go, please let me or Ronza know.
