Please find attached the January 2023 Unite 2 Integrate Diabetes Coalition
newsletter, as well as some program announcements, resources and programs
to share with your networks and patients you serve.

*The African American Health (AAHP) Program* is opening registration for
the 2nd cohort of the mindfulness for well-being program! Please see

This five week program begins with four virtual sessions which will be held
on Zoom from *January 16, 2023* to *February 6, 2023*.

There will be an in-person session on Monday, February 13, 2023 in
Rockville, MD.

*Who:*

This program is targeted towards the AAHP target audience: persons of
African descent living in Montgomery County, MD.

*Where:*

The program is mostly online (via Zoom). The final session will be held
in-person in Rockville, MD.

*What:*

Training in mindfulness and self-compassion practices to promote health and
well-being.
