[MD-Sligo] Chapter meeting time change and other items

	Thanks to Tom, Joyce, Renee and Janice who went to the governor's
bill signing of the prescription labeling bill yesterday. 

I want to remind everyone that the time of the chapter meeting will be 11:00
on Saturday, May 13.  The meeting will be on Zoom.  I will send out a
reminder next week.  The time change is, of course, to make sure everyone
can go to the meeting and get to the scholarship dinner.  The address for
the dinner is 9450 Cherryhill Road, College Park.  The cost is $50.  If you
pay by Saturday, May 6, your name will be entered into a drawing for $50.  

Our next event will be the Gaithersburg Book Festival on Saturday, May 20.
We have some people who ordinarily attend that are unable to attend.  Please
let me know if you are able to participate.  If you don't know braille or
don't know it very well, you can still help us.

If you are interested in participating in our Sligo Creek book club, please
let me know and I will give Jeff your contact information.  The book is I,
Eliza Hamilton, a novel about the wife of Alexander Hamilton, by Susan Scott
Holloway.  There is another book about Eliza Hamilton on BARD, so make sure
you download the right one.

I will be leaving town for my mother's memorial service today and will be
back on Tuesday.  If you need to contact me, please leave a message and I
will get back to you.  If you have any auction items, please let Judy know
what they are.
