[MD-Sligo] Montgomery County White Cane Awareness Day proclamation

Montgomery County will be proclaiming White Cane Awareness Day on the
morning of Tuesday, October 23.  We will be able to go in person this year.
I will be going.  If anyone is interested in attending, please let me know.
