[MD-Sligo] Chapter meeting this Saturday

The chapter meeting this Saturday will be at the White Oak library, 11701
New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, beginning at 1:30.  

We will bring nuts to the chapter meeting, but if you want some, it is best
to make an order ahead of time.  You should have received the nut form.  I
will include a brief price list below for those who have trouble getting
attachments.

Butter toasted nuts $3.50 (butter toffee peanuts)
Almonds $5.00
Walnuts $5.00
Baltimore bar mix $5.00 (cocktail peanuts, wasabi peas, pretzel gems, sesame
sticks, Spanish peanuts)
Maryland mix $5.00 (sunflower kernels, pumpkin kernels, raisins, raw cashews
and other raw nuts)
Nut and fruit mix $5.00 (apricots, prunes, papaya, dried banana, and various
kinds of nuts)
Pistachios in the shell $6.00
Pecans $6.50
Cashews $7.00
Deluxe mixed nuts $7.00 (no peanuts)

We will be holding elections in November.  Please make sure your 2024 dues
are paid if you want to vote.  

The scholarship dinner is on Saturday, November 16.  The cost is $60.  You
may pay by cash or check at the meeting or mail a check made payable to the
NFB of Maryland to me at 11923 Parklawn Drive, Apartment 104, Rockville, MD
20852.  You may also pay by Paypal or Zell to the NFB of Maryland.  

Please let me or Judy know if you have auction items.
