[MD-Sligo] Picnic

Hi Debbie,

The past two-and-a-half weeks have been very hectic for me. My wife and I
moved into a new apartment in Oxon Hill and I have been without the internet
until today. I was with Comcast at the former place and I notified them two
weeks before we moved that they should transfer my service to the new place;
they assured me that they would do so. Shortly after we moved over, Comcast
informed me that they did not service my new address. I had to apply to
Verizon for a new service. It has taken them a whole week to get me
connected.

I would have liked to join you guys at the picnic on Saturday but my
daughter, Esther and a friend will be coming over to help us set up the new
place, so I won't be able to come. However, I will be with you in spirit.

Our chapter picnic is scheduled for next Saturday, September 28, beginning
at 2:00 at Trinity Reformed Church, 9630 Annapolis Road, Lanham.  If you are
coming on MetroAccess, schedule your trip as soon as possible.  If you
cannot get there by MetroAccess, we will find an alternative way to get
there, but we can do that only if we know early.  

Also, we need food to eat, so please let me know what you will be bringing.
