[MD-Sligo] Next Saturday's walk

Please let me know if you will walk with us on Saturday, November 1.  We
will be at Brookside Gardens, 1800 Glenallan Ave., Silver Spring 20902.  We
will meet at the Visitors Center at 10:00.  We will walk around the path,
which is called the Heart Smart Trail, 3 times.
