[MD-Sligo] Chapter meeting this Saturday on Zoom

We will be meeting this Saturday at 1:30 on Zoom.  I will send the Zoom link
later.

 

You need to let me know by Saturday if you will be going to Annapolis.  The
date is Thursday, January 22. If you decide to go, you will be part of a
team.  We will meet early in the morning, go to appointments during the day,
and go to a restaurant in Annapolis to give reports and talk about how the
day went.  You need to register for Annapolis this year and sign up for your
meal choice.  The meal costs $30.  

 

We will be going to Capitol Hill on Tuesday, January 27.  If you are
interested in going, please let me know so that I can give you the
information about where we will meet.  

 

Whether or not you go to Capitol Hill on Tuesday, you can participate in the
great gathering-in meeting on Monday, January 26 at the Holiday Inn Capitol,
550 C Street S.W.  There will be legislative seminars in the afternoon, and
the great gathering-in meeting will be from 5:00 to 7:00.

 

Because this is a new year, it is time to pay dues.  You may pay online at
www.nfbmd.org/dues <http://www.nfbmd.org/dues>  or by check sent to the
treasurer.  You may also pay in February at the in-person meeting.  If you
want to send a check to the treasurer, let me know and I will give you Ben's
address offline.  If you pay online, you will be charged an extra $1 for
processing.  Dues are $5.

 

We have a lot of nuts left over this year.  Please let us know if you want
any, and if you want a substantial amount, we can deliver them to you.

 

I hope to see everyone at the meeting on Saturday, ready to start a new year
of activities.
