54,000 veterans to apply and become part of the VA Benefit system. We have
been advised by the DCVAMC that funding for a Community Based Outpatient
Clinic (CBOC) was approved in 2008 for Montgomery County. Logistical planning
for this CBOC is underway with an anticipated opening sometime in 2015 in the
