of six (06) Connector Entities in Maryland, is the Health Connector Entity for
Montgomery and Prince George’s counties. As the Health Connector Entity
for the Capital Region, MCDHHS is responsible for outreach and enrollment<u> </u>of
uninsured residents in both counties. MCDHHS is collaborating with 10
community agencies to serve the Capital Region.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt'> <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>MCDHHS and its 10 partner agencies have hired 70 Navigators and
Assisters. These individuals will be stationed in locations throughout
Prince George’s and Montgomery counties, including our offices, to enroll
individuals in private plans through the Maryland Health Connection or expanded
Medicaid. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span
style='font-size:12.0pt;font-weight:bold'>Who is eligible to enroll?</span></font></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>All legal residents living in the U.S. for more than five years,
between the ages of 18-64 who do not have access to health coverage through
their employer.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.25in;margin-bottom:.0001pt'><font size=3
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>• Clients
currently enrolled in Medicaid do not need to do anything. They will be
contacted when it is time to renew their coverage. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

Primary Adult Care (PAC) enrollees will be automatically transitioned to full
