I can assure you that the need for different sizes of white canes is great. Some blind persons use either ordinary metal rods or improvised walking sticks which are not at all standardized. The Sierra Leone Association OF the Blind (SLAB) and my office, the National Commission for Persons with Disability (NCPD) are working towards addressing that issue.
