<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">May 21, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">The location is City of Gaithersburg city hall and the nearby park.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">We will have a tent in the children village, where will inform people about Braille and the services offered by the National Federation of the Blind.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">I have asked some of you individually to be at the event. Thanks to all. I would like to open to anyone else who would like to come and have fun.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">We will have a presentation at 1:30 pm as part of the story-time. Debbie will read a Braille book for children. As Debbie, will be leaving us to go on a different adventure,
we need people in the afternoon until the closing to help with our activities. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">Janice and Brian will be coming and I need to confirm what time you are going to be there.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial Black",sans-serif">The streets in the area will be closed starting at 9:00 am to accommodate the vendors. You may have to walk a short distance to get to the park and to the tent.
