<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">ROCKVILLE, Md., October 2, 2017—Montgomery County Councilmember George Leventhal, who serves as Chair of the Council’s Health and Human Services Committee, will host a Town Hall meeting on
Oct. 10 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 152 of the Science Center Building at Montgomery College’s Rockville campus located in Rockville, MD. This meeting will focus on the interests and concerns of the developmentally different community and their families.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><br>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Councilmember Leventhal says this type of community input is, “extremely valuable in helping shape both immediate and long-term County policies. The topics I expect to discuss are education,
housing, job skills training, health care and recreation. In addition, as a policy maker, I want to know if there are issues or concerns that we haven’t touched on or things we can do better to assist our residents who are developmentally different.”</span><o:p></o:p></p>
