<p class="MsoNormal">My name is Shawn Jacobson and I am a regular user of the library. I have been reading talking books for over 50 years now (I remember when they were on these truly huge records that you played at 33 and a third.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">And now my problem. I ordered “Alien Morning by Rich Wilbur. When I received the book and tried to read it, the machine said “Cartridge Error” and froze up. The library sent me a different copy of the book and I got the same problem.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Is there a way to see if someone can track down what went wrong? I do want to read the book, and would like a copy that works.<o:p></o:p></p>
