expanded education and enforcement outreach effort to improve the quality and viability of the residential curbside recycling program. <p><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Solid Waste staff will tag bins containing unacceptable items and leave a flyer identifying the unacceptable material. Tagged bins will not be collected by the County contractor. Residents with tagged bins need
