My lost luggage got found before I had to actually file a claim, so I can’t tell you more about the experience than that. If you are suspicious, you should file a police report. I have never had Greyhound load anything for me, so I don’t know what their procedure is. I traveled with two suitcases from Columbus Ohio to Pitsburg PA on the morning of Tuesday January 1. I had the two suitcases with me when I got off the bus in Pitsburg. About two hours later when I was about to board the bus that was to take me from Pitsburg to Baltimore, the lady who was then in charge of the bus station instructed another member of staff to help me. That person took my ticket and left me for a few minutes. When she returned I asked about my luggage and she told me that the two suitcases had been loaded into the bus. Unfortunately, however, when we got to Baltimore where I was to board the bus that should bring me to New Carrollton, my two suitcases were nowhere to be found. They were not in the bus. Up to this moment they have not been found. I have been calling Greyhound almost every other day. The meeting is from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening. There will be a legislative seminar and other events in the afternoon. If we read and log our reading hours, we can help the library get the money. Library patrons must read for 50,000 minutes.
