<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Regarding trash and recycle bins,If you are having difficulty finding your bin because of whatever reason, report this to 311 as under exemption for people with disability provision. The exempt bins are of a
different color and have the customer’s address on it. The contractors will have to leave at its designated location.
