<P>Governor Hogan has announced that Maryland's Presidential
Primary Election has been <SPAN
style="COLOR: #993366"><STRONG>postponed from April 28 to June
2</STRONG></SPAN> and that the State Board of Elections
must submit a plan no later than April 3 for how to conduct
the rescheduled election. Many details are still
unknown, so please continue to check the Montgomery County
Board of Elections website for the most up-to-date

to affect your ability to vote in the Presidential Primary
Election! In Maryland, <STRONG><SPAN

may vote by absentee ballot</SPAN></SPAN></STRONG> without
giving a reason or "excuse." Visit the State Board of
Elections website for instructions on how to request and
