that the General Election will take place as scheduled on
November 3, 2020, with early voting centers and all polling

to the State Board of Elections</A> said that every voter will
be sent an absentee ballot request application to facilitate
voting by mail. Early voting, absentee voting by mail, and
voting at off-peak times are encouraged in order to stay safe
during the COVID-19 pandemic. Further details will be
