Sometimes I send out anno</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">uncements close to the time of the event, such as the presidential release or NLS BARD presentations. It is not quite so helpful to repeat the</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri"> announcement the day it is sent.</FONT></SPAN></P>
