[Mdabs] Envelope Stuffing Canceled

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, due to our wonderful Sandy, we will have to cancel the
envelope stuffing tomorrow. The NFB will be closed all day, and we certainly
don't want anyone coming out in the storm anyway in order to stuff
envelopes. Please everyone, stay safe!

My plan is to reschedule the stuffing for Thursday, November 1. If you can
come that day instead, please do so. I will plan to be at the NFB all day.
