[Mdabs] hi

The Greater Baltimore Chapter is every 3rd Saturday of the month at 200 E Wells ST in Baltimore, and lasts from 10 AM to 12 PM. Dues are $5 a year. The TLC chapter meets every Thursdays at 7 PM at the Image Center in Towson, and dues are $10. They are quite different, so I would try checking them both out and see which one you prefer.
