Hey MDABS:

As you know, state convention is fast approaching, and that means our annual
business meeting will soon be here! I'm beginning to put together this
year's agenda, and I'm confident that our meeting will be as lively and
inspiring as ever. We already have a few items on the program, but we need
more. So, I want to hear from you. What do you want to hear at this year's
meeting? What nagging questions do you have about being a blind student
which could be addressed in a group setting? Do you have an interesting
experience to share or story to tell? Or do you have something to say which
you feel would benefit your fellow blind students? We need your ideas in
order to make this meeting as beneficial as possible for our members. So,
please share your ideas with me by shooting me an email or calling me at
(443) 547-2409. I look forward to hearing your ideas and to finding ways to
incorporate them into our agenda!

See you in Towson,

Chris

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise
expectations for blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you bak.
